Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using aicommandlab.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AI Command Lab is a SaaS platform that provides AI agent orchestration, workflow automation, and revenue tooling for businesses. Features include but are not limited to: agent management, CRM integration, automated outreach, billing dashboards, and analytics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not reduce core functionality without offering a plan change or refund option.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately at security@aicommandlab.com of any unauthorized access
• One account per person; you may not share credentials across multiple users (contact us for team plans)

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
• Free trials: If offered, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. Cancel before trial expiry to avoid charges.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Disputes: To dispute a charge, contact billing@aicommandlab.com within 30 days of the charge date.

5. Multi-Tenant Data and Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to data you input into the platform ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process and store Your Content solely to provide the service.

Each tenant's data is logically isolated. We implement row-level security to prevent cross-tenant data access. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.

Upon account termination, you have 90 days to export Your Content. After that period, we will delete it from our systems.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use AI Command Lab to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other tenants' data
• Use automated agents to generate or distribute illegal content
• Resell or sublicense platform access without our written consent

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. AI-Generated Content

The platform uses AI models (including those provided by third parties) to generate content and automate tasks. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI outputs before use. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You assume all risk for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

8. Integrations and Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Twilio, Supabase, CRM platforms, etc.). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those services' terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, data practices, or changes to their APIs.

9. Intellectual Property

All AI Command Lab platform code, design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by DLD Brands LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DLD Brands LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform, (b) Your Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Orlando, Florida. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with 7 days' notice (or immediately for security violations or illegal activity). Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases and these Terms (except provisions that survive by nature) terminate.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
