Effective Date: April 12, 2026 — DLD Brands LLC d/b/a AI Command Lab ("AI Command Lab," "we," "us," or "our")

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and business information when you register or contact us
  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
  • Content you create, upload, or configure within the platform (agent instructions, workflow data, integrations)
  • Communications with our support team

We collect automatically:

  • Usage data (features accessed, session duration, errors) to improve the platform
  • Log data (IP address, browser type, referring URLs)
  • Authentication tokens and session cookies

2. SMS Consent and Communications

If you provide a phone number for alerts or notifications, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from AI Command Lab related to your account activity, billing alerts, and platform notifications. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS, or manage notification preferences in your dashboard settings. You may also email privacy@aicommandlab.com.

We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number and message content are transmitted to Twilio's infrastructure. See twilio.com/legal/privacy for Twilio's data practices.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provision, operate, and improve the AI Command Lab platform
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, onboarding)
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • To analyze usage patterns (in aggregate, anonymized) for product development

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

AI Command Lab is a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Each tenant's data is logically isolated via row-level security policies. Your data — including agent configurations, workflow outputs, and customer records — is not accessible to other tenants.

You retain ownership of all data you input or generate within the platform. We process that data on your behalf to deliver the service.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with subprocessors solely to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — Database, authentication, and real-time infrastructure
  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • Twilio — SMS and communication delivery
  • Anthropic / OpenAI — AI model inference for agent capabilities (data sent to model APIs is subject to their data processing agreements)

All providers are contractually bound to process data only as directed by us and to maintain appropriate security standards.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, during which you may export your data. After that period, your data is deleted from active systems. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

7. Data Security

We implement security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted data at rest, row-level security (Supabase RLS), and regular security reviews. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach affecting your account.

8. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Data portability (export your data in a standard format)
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Opt out of marketing communications

California residents (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know, delete, and opt out as described above.

9. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and preference cookies for theme settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect platform functionality.

10. Children's Privacy

AI Command Lab is intended for business users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
